The location is within distance of most amenities, public transportation and Manila Bay Beach. We enjoyed the view of the lovely pool area from the balcony of our double room. Overall the facility was clean and quiet.

The room seemed sparse and not very welcoming. Needs attention to detail.

Very friendly staff. Early check-in and late checkout without charge.

Room is not very comfortable. Only one chair. Empty walls except old television.

The room is excellent! The pool and the mini park is pretty! We also had a chance to play the billiards.

No utensils like the pan fry or rice cooker which other hotels has. The free wifi is not usable. We had an agreement with the receptionist early in the afternoon about our booking for a van to bring us to MOA at 10pm but then the receptionist said in the evening the van is gone and did not do anything to help us. It was booked so it should happen but did not happened. I dont like it and not happy about the receptionist which seems not interested in helping us out.

The room is big,fair enough bath tub, living room cozy, kitchen fair, overall fair enough for the budget.

It's my first time to try this hotel. I use to booked hotels just near Alabang and Muntinlupa. For my anniversary last Dec.10 I want it to be something special, I guess. When I arrived at the lobby, there is only one Receptionist, me and another girl is waiting for us to be assisted since she is talking someone on the phone, and then the other girl, said she wants some asistance for a reservation. She said na kesyo they have tried it before, and she got a room an din sa hotel before, which hndi pala under her name from someone she know pala...and they are just ngchichikahan about the room rates, which I waited for abut 15mins and kng hndi pa ko sumigaw na "ms. Checkin" hndi pa nya ko aasikasuhin. I understand na ngiisa ka as a receptionist, you could have ask me for what I need, or even show some courtesy sa reception. After non, I ask how much, she gave me the key to the room and then that's it, I left. Here comes the aberya sa husband ko. In the booking, there is a free parking. So we asked the manong guard kng san ang papntang basement kasi dun kame tinuro ni Receptionist. And to my surprise ang sabi samen ni Kuya Guard, "Sir asan po yung slip nyo? and then I ask anong slip, ay sir kng ganon wala kayong parking!!! BOom!! And you said it to a customer. I have the key kuya, I'm waiving it to you outside the window of the car, sana sinabi mo na dapat kinausap namin yung Guard from the Extremeli just to get that slip na kaylangan isurrender sa guard nyo. After that cge, pinalampas... me and my hsuband just said, cge ...bago tyo dito eh...we don't know the rules... After nun, my husband parked sa tapat na lng ng Starbucks, can you imagine that... we go back kay kuya guard sa labas ng Extremeli... my husband told all the details about the car, plat number, color of the car, which is gray, nilagay ni kuya GREN, tpos ang number 217, pg tingin namin may ibang nka-park sa number namin... pinalampass... pa rin...

Staff was very attentive if there was a problem or question. Took care of my internet problem in the room quickly.

A few cockroaches in kitchen. Housekeeping did not leave new soap or toilet paper without asking.

Great location for close to the airport as there is still things to do to keep you occupied through the day. For the cost, the rooms are a lot better than I expected. Would definitely stay again

Check in was a farce. The room I'd booked want ready even at midnight. After an hour waiting I insisted on getting a room, they told me I could have an upgrade but the room was the lowest category imaginable. I returned six hours later and the room still wasn't ready. As it was booked on Booking.com I couldn't cancel. Probably my last booking with this app.

Balcony and closeness to airport We couldn't make the breakfast so they gave us complimentary dinner instead

Shower was old and a bit dirty, water didn't work the night we stayed because they were fixing the plumbing

Hotel was good. Great location near to airport. Only 10-20 min by taxi.

In check in the staff tried to cheat us. Some guy with hotel T-shirt and said that he don't know anything about this booking and tried to sell new room to us for 3000 PHP in cash. Although we had already booking for the same night. After 20 minutes of explaining and argueing we finally got our booked room, but this incident alone zeroes down all the good.

It is a condominium, which is different than a hotel. On the pictures look better than the reality.

We had to change the room, because of two cockroaches and horrible smell in the room

Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Facilities and Amenities. View from 18th floor since our room is located on the said floor. Free breakfast :)

Slow internet connection. No hairdryer in room.

The view, overlooking the bay. the size of the room. I was upgraded to suite. It was a steal.

There was a cockroach or two in the room. The TV was just outside the masters bedroom. There was no TV inside the masters bedroom.
